Brazil and Earthquakes by Linda Potter
Brazil is a very large country and has a very diverse
geography. One of the more recent quakes
I could find on the USGS site was for Taracuana

is a site for the Taracuana earthquake in Brazil. In the information that
follows you will see
that most of the earthquakes are near Brazil and along the western coast of
South America. The following information

Not many as you can see for the past
year especially when you compare it to other countries the size of Brazil or a
bit smaller.
